to support our customers, business partners, suppliers and to protect our employees.
Our employees are currently working and will be working mostly mobile/remote from home. The technical prerequisites for a secure and smooth remote control of the operation is given.
All employees, regardless of their location, are accessible via the usual landline and mobile phone numbers.
We try to avoid face-to-face meetings from now on. Alternatively, all employees who have a direct customer/partner contact are equipped with Skype-for Business/Teams.
Maintenance or support services will continue to be performed, whereby we attempt to restrict the on-site presence to an absolute minimum! Agreed response and recovery times are observed.
Our hotline numbers and on-call service numbers are available to contractually agreed times.
Our products continue to be manufactured in our production facility and smooth shipping is also guaranteed.
